add and simmer for 5 more min:

1/4 c honey
1/2 t nutmeg
3 T lemon juice
1 t grated Lemon peel
Float orange slices in it when served
These are many of Mana's favorite traditional recipes with additions from some of her kids who learned to cook by her side. I've personally added quite a few but they are tried and true delicious recipes. I learned to cook from my mom and since she worked, I cooked or at least helped with many of the family meals. I've been told I'm a good cook so I owe that to her. There are a few stories and memories interwoven.

Bundt pan. 350 degrees for 50 min
6 oz pkg of semisweet chocolate chips
3.4 c chopped pecans
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 t vanilla
1 box (4 serving size) instinct chocolate pudding
1 8 oz sour cream
Toss together the choc chips and pecans with 1 T Beat together 3 min then
Becky’s Sour Cream Cheesecake preheat oven 275 degrees, cook 70 min, then turn oven off and leave in for 1 hour with door closed
Butter 11 inch springform pan, dust with mixture of ½ c. graham cracker crumbs,1 t. sugar, 1 t. cinnamon. (If you want more crust, melt butter and add graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon and press in bottom of pan (finely chopped pecans optional) and bake in oven for 10 min prior to adding cheesecake mix)
Beat together 7 eggs and 1 ½ c sugar.
Break in 1 ½ lb of cream cheese and beat well
Add 1 ½ c sour cream, 3 T flour, 1 ½ t vanilla.
Beat until smooth and pour in prepared pan
Cream puffs 400 degrees Mama
1c. water ¾ c sugar. 1 egg or 2 egg yolks
½ c oil 6 T flour 1 t vanilla
½ t. salt dash salt 2 T butter
1 c sifter flour 2 ½ c milk
Chocolate Icing: Boil water, reduce to low and add all of the other puff ingredients all at once
1 sq. or 2 ¾ t cocoa Cook stirring vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a compact
1 T butter ball. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in eggs, unbeaten, one at a time. Beat
1 c powdered sugar. Mixture after each til glossy. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake. Cool puffs,
Dash salt cut open top and fill with pudding. Replace top and ice.
½ t. vanilla
